What do you say to someone who seeks their own enslavement?
why is it you people think personal insults are your best debate tool?
Dear idiot....
Get rid of unions?? Nope.. Employees should be able to freely join a union if they wish group representation in their workplace...
HOWEVER... if a person wishes to be hired into a position or company that does have a group of people in a union, it should not be required that they join the union as a result for getting the job or taking the position... if they wish to stand on their own and represent themselves, negotiate their own position/compensation/whatever, they should have every right to do so... If a person wishes to teach in Baltimore County, or if they wish to act in a Paramount movie, or they wish to work at the GM plant, they should be able to do so without any union requirement
If it weakens the unions, so be it...
You left out "Hello Romney voters" too. These 2 "choices" will be a continuation of the same, just like Obama took the handoff from Bush, Robney will do the same. These 2 are both pro-war, pro-wall street banker corporatist's, bill of rights smashing, NDAA, Patriot Act, freedom robbing NWO puppets. What do i say to someone who chooses their own enslavement?
I say: Hello, Obama voter.

This is exactly the opposite stance you took on Women Contraception and Companies that dont allow it for moral reasons.Isnt it your opinion that if someone wants contraception and a company doesnt provide it, find somewhere else to work?

That is the business of the company, the owners, etc.. that is private preference of those with direct stake in the business itself... that is much different than the inmates forcing to run the asylum or being forced to join a group (not of the company) as a requirement for employment
Now if those women as employees wish to negotiate it as a group or an individual wishes to bring it up to the company as a request, fine... If women who want that benefit boycott the company or organize efforts or protests to sway people from working at a company that does not offer that benefit.. fine
But if a company, for example a Christian book store, decides it is against their beliefs to offer or pay for contraception, they should have the freedom to do so (or not do so as the case may be).. that company or business decides what it will or will not give in compensation or benefit for whatever reason.. and decides whether or not it will cave to pressure from employees, employee groups, or potential employees

But the company cannot decide that you must belong to a union?

You think the company is going to force someone into a union that is trying to bust the company's balls?? Seriously?? That is where you're going with that??

Dude, it was a simple question, you believe the company can decide to restrict contraception but the company cannot decide you need to join their union? Why do you agree with one forced action and not the other?
You are not forced to join anything. Either you want the job or you're free to walk
You are not forced to join anything. Either you want the job or you're free to walk
Better yet, the employer is free to hire Me and toss the union out the door. After all, no one is forcing the Union work there. You are not forced to join anything. Either you want the job or you're free to walk
And if the employer said, 'take a hike union, they're working here without paying the dues', what would you say to that? You are not forced to join anything. Either you want the job or you're free to walk
I bet you just hate the 22 states who are right-to-work states. You are not forced to join anything. Either you want the job or you're free to walk
