Hacking is something that is done to computers via an online connection to another (hacker) computer. Again... voting machines aren't connected online.

His administration spends most of the time explaining what Trump meant by his last set of Tweets and meetings to discuss Trump policy which changes daily. The government is actually run by people with years of experience. Trump and his cabinet don't have a clue as to what is actually happening. That idiot he hired to head the Dept of Education is now hiring consultants to tell her how the dept operates and she already has an assistant and deputy.
