What happens if Flynn wiretap was illegal?

I don't want flynn to spend the rest of his life in jail.... I think he is bat shit crazy and has been for about 5 to 10 years now.... I don't know what made him snap...but he did snap and go bonkers.... he served his country well, before that....

Flynn will never see the inside of a jail cell.

That's pretty much the deal he made, to stop protecting the criminal Trump and dump the goods on him right at the feet of the Grand Jury.

Why should the Grand Jury believe someone who admitted that he lied? All you have to do is watch a few TV crime dramas to know how stupid that would be.

Mueller shot his wad and could only get a Martha Stewart conviction. Sad!

You should also know, when someone taking a plea deal DOWN TO a lesser felony, then they committed at least one felony ABOVE the level they pleaded to....

As Example, Petraeus Lied to the FBI twice, 2 felonies, Kept Top Secret Defense information in an unsecured place (lied about it) AND turned over this top secret Defense plan information along with many other top secrets, to his biographer and mistress who DID NOT have clearance for the level of top secret info that he gave her access to....

a couple of more felonies, so they had 4 FELONIES against Petraeus,

and his plea deal, he was charged with a MISDEMEANOR. and that was without any kind of cooperation needed from him that could lead to an entire criminal enterprise.

Flynn's plea deal, landed him with a FELONY,

Petraeus's 4 felonies landed him with a Misdemeanor

Mueller's team have A LOT MORE Felonies against Flynn and Flynn's son...you can bet your bottom dollar on THAT!!!!!!!

You are correct. Flynn was never wiretapped. It was the Russian. No doubt Flynn, knowing that as part of the transition team it was legal to make these contacts might not have thought anything of it.

If he thought it was legal, then why lie to the FBI about it?
