I'd say their ultimate goal isn't achieved. They still have a huge suicide rate compared to the normal population that aren't delusional and who haven't amputated their genitals in order to "treat" their delusions.

Johns Hopkins has stopped doing so-called "gender reassignment" surgery. Doctors would be required by malpractice insurers to inform their patients that they aren't actually changing their gender.

This game of pretend and make believe is not going on much longer. Children of new generations ought not be taught that abnormal and sick is "normal".
