Trump was cooperating is what we learned, he just was so busy that he was not moving at the pace they wanted at NARA and the FBI (D.C. Office Only) wanted to attack him with it. Obama's head NARA Librarian pushed and pushed to get the DOJ to go after Trump.

If the feds decided that Trump was not properly storing documents, why didn't they provide him a huge staff like Obama received from NARA? Everyone likely doesn't know that the department went all in working for Barack Obama after he finished his term. He grew that department like never before... and they didn't go help the next president, instead they helped attack him. What is the (D)ifference?

What they found is that the Feds were mad that Trump was actually reviewing the documents and thus moving the boxes around, so they invaded his bedroom suite and Melania's going through items that had nothing to do with the boxes. They also measured the rooms for some weirdo reason and put it in their report. WTF? This judge may be releasing these documents as she decides to dismiss the case.

It now makes a whole lot more sense on why the FBI Florida Office that had the case yanked from them by the D.C. Office (highly unusual and almost never done) ... why the Florida FBI was pissed off at the D.C. crew as they thought they could negotiate with Trump further to resolve the issue according the the Chief of the Florida FBI that the media ignores.

Can you tell us instead of sharing an AP hit piece?

Why did NARA give Obama the biggest staffing in their history for his records and Trump got no one?

The FBI Goon-Raid of Mara-Lago might be the low point for our once revered FBI. This is what the Democrats have done all just to destroy Trump and hold onto power. They are in every sense a hostile Regime and in NO WAY represent the best interests of Americans.

A year and a half after leaving office and Obama and his people were still negotiating with NARA.

Øbama started all this downhill stuff, he not only set race relations back to the 1970s, but destroyed what remained of many institutions.

Obama acknowledged what was there and requested permission, guidance and help with properly storing and protecting it. Trump lied about what he had and refused to cooperate in any way.

I dunno....starting to sound more and more like a set up. Cannon is not pro Trump, she's pro fairness. As more and more info is revealed the frame up is coming into focus.

^^^ These are the lies that the Leftists believe. Did you even watch the video of the thread you are responding to? If you had, you'd know Trump was cooperating. He was reviewing files, sending boxes back to NARA over time, and even put on the exact lock on the door they requested. He also constantly gave them full access. You're making up shit, because that's what the MSM fed you. You are the "Useful Idiot" type that Stalin spoke of... how does that feel to repeat propaganda and not know it?

Trump was not cooperating. He lied about what he had and tried to hide much of that.

I watched the whole video. It's basically 30 minutes of a man reading the document with a modicum of his own little commentary, which seems to be intended mostly for humorous purposes.

Trump looked through a few boxes just before NARA was coming to pick them up.

After that, his lawyers spent 2 1/2 hours going through boxes to comply with the subpoena.

That took a year and a half.

It's not cooperation. There was no "full access".

That's not what the video revealed when the document was un-redacted. Trump had sent 15 boxes back already and was constantly asking for more and rotating through the work load.

The question is, why did NARA provide Barack Obama with dozens of staff for his documents and Trump got not a single person to assist from them and had to use his own resource (1 guy)? Perhaps if NARA treated Trump like they treated Obama, there would be no need for any of this? Please follow along.

You didn't watch the video. He cooperated repeatedly as shown once the redactions were removed. I wonder why Jack Smith redacted those parts? It certainly was not "National Security" or "Private Information".

He want. He went through some boxes before the first NARA pickup and then never went through anything again. He had his lawyer do it, sort of.

Obama didn’t take dozens of boxes of documents home with him full of presidential records. I don’t know what “dozens of staff” you’re referring to.

NARA worked hand in hand with Obama and didn't offer the same service to Trump. I'm guessing you had no clue that happened?

Your narrative is false according to the legal docs. The Trump staffer said it was an ongoing process and he brought Trump boxes often... not one time. It's one of the reasons the Miami, FL FBI Chief and office wanted to negotiate further with Trump and thought they could easily resolve this, then the D.C. DOJ showed up, told them they are running the show (this never happens) and they raided. The Miami FBI boss is still pissed off about it to this day. Did you know that ?

Is it possible that a militarized, weaponized DOJ would create a timeline that would make them look good. Maybe one completely fabricated or that omits any extenuating or exculpatory information re their target?

None of this is true.

Trump received a grand jury subpoena for the records, was given ample time to comply and didn't. End of story.

This was not a matter of him being rushed or not having enough time. It could have been done in a few days if he wanted. It doesn't take a year to do this.

Obama received well over a year and he had tons of NARA staff to assist. Trump got no staff from NARA and less time before they went after him. Something is (D)ifferent. See POST #5 in this thead... you are ignorant to the facts.

You don't know what you are talking about. You seem to think this Lawfare is acceptable.
