P.S. I am currently just over 180 when I was as far down as 157 four months ago. I took a week off about a month ago to see if going back to my old habit will again give my dieting food the ability that I want it to have and right now it looks like maybe one week away from dieting may not have been long enough. I don't know. My lowest weight was 150 seven months ago.

Well my Dad taught to play the Blues Harp so I'm jumping on the bus and heading out with you guys.

I was just remembering something from my child hood. I was kicked out of music class for playing the blues. I was 12 years old at the time. I always carried my blues harp with me. a class mate asked if I could play it. So I cranked down on poor boy blues .And I was sent to shop class the rest of the semester. My music teacher forbid the blues being played, I forgot.
