2017-2021 Biden was a private citizen. Covid hit the US in December of 2019 and shutdowns happened in March of 2020. Biden wouldn’t join the government for another year. That was Trump.

The Socialism has been here for decades… Socisl Security, Medicare, Medicaid, The Affordable Care Act, Affirmative Action, etc… Most of what the Feds do today is Socialism, and contrary to the limits laid out in the US Constitution.

The problem amending the constitution is hamstrung by hurdles created to change the constitution... Effectively 20 - 30% of the population can stop an amendment against the wishes of 70 - 80%
