I presented the birth certificate the hospital gave my mama at St. Joseph's hospital in Houston to the Texas Driver's licence place, and they said they could not authenticate it, because it didn't have a return e-mail address.

Bwahahahahahahahaha! They never saw an authentic birth certificate! They needed an email return addy! They didn't get it, but I got my DL
