The information was released under a Freedom of Information Act.

Now.............speaking as someone who was in personnel for over 20 years in the Navy, I can tell you that when they release something like that, it's checked to make sure it's legal to do so, or if not, information that is classified is redacted.

What he did was wrong. I think everyone agrees to that.
He was raised right, enough to know that what he did was wrong and he confessed to his parents and they took measures to get that wrong behavior corrected and it was.
