The praise of Bush by the left makes sense. It is overdone simply as another way to bash Trump. So to that extent their praise is disingenuous, but probably best no conservative media voice speak too loudly against it at this time.

As far as Israel is concerned, the left have been on the wrong side for decades and can hardly hide their wishes. But I honestly believe half of the reason they publicly attack Israel is because they want to placate the Arabs and other Muslims. Too many Euros and Americans care more about what might happen to them if we anger the radicals than whatever happens to Israel. A large number of U.S. college professors are the worst of this kind.
