Where/how has Biden delivered on any of these? All talk, no results.

Biden signed a $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill…did you miss it?
He has invested billions in Green Energy
He has passed student debt forgiveness and low cost junior college tuition
Did you miss the billions he has provided Ukraine?

He asked for results, not spending trillions which exploded both the debt and inflation

Nope, the PRA. No idea what the PIA is.
Public Records ACT THEN

The minute Trump was no longer president at the end of his term. He packed up his belonging and the classified documents and took them home .

Thus he no longer had any authorization to classified documents when he left office. NARA is required to retrieve them. He instead took them home.

Since he is no longer president he has no right to the classified documents or to have access to them. It would be up to the next administration in power to grant access or deny access.

So as a civilian Trump has classified documents with no security clearance.

His home is not a approved site to store classified documents.

trump show classified documents to unauthorized people on at least 2 occasions.

Grand jury issues a subpoena for the records and he refused to turn them over. He obstructed, lied, and concealed in his effort to keep these documents.

He tried to get his attorney to destroy and hid the documents

He then certified to the grand jury and FBI that all documents were returned. Yet they were not. He lied.

He provided a few boxes and claim that was all he had.

They knew he had more and that is why he was raided and a search warrant was issued.

All the above are criminal offenses.

PRA is just a misdirection on you part.

There are two executive orders that Trump violated. Yeah they are not laws but there are

consequences for violating them.

Then The Dumb ass Trump just makes it worse by lying. concealing, and obstruction to the court.

The bottom line. Trump could have avoided all this if he just played by the rules like all presidents do when leaving office.

He may even had been cut some slack if he turned over everything when asked instead of playing games.

Bottom line- This is the bed Trump made.

Those ARE results my friend
Forgiving student loans is a result? All that means is that the lower-middle class has to bear the burden of the affluent, educated class.

And an infrastructure bill? It was laden with pork. And made inflation worse.

And green energy? Drove gas prices even higher.

Anyway, that’s a pretty short list for 2.5 years in office, but let me recap:

1) he shifted the burden of college loans to those who didn’t go
2) he printed more money for a pork bill in the midst of a 40-year-inflation
3) he drove gas costs up, also contributing to inflation

More than that….he also provided free and low cost college tuition at Junior Colleges

Pork?
Identify any pork in the Infrastructure bill
That is just Conservative sour grapes because they didn’t vote for it
Biden did nothing that raised gas prices

Public Records ACT THEN
Again ????? No it's the Presidential Record Act, the statute YOU cited.
The minute Trump was no longer president at the end of his term. He packed up his belonging and the classified documents and took them home .

Well actually, contrary to every other President, NARA told Trump to fuck himself when he was packing up the WH. If they had treated him like every other President, they would have taken custody of his records and rented him a facility near (at?) Mar-A-Lago, for his use.

Thus he no longer had any authorization to classified documents when he left office. NARA is required to retrieve them. He instead took them home.

There's the issue. Trump had been working with NARA like every other President on what was a PRA record and what was personal. Six weeks after Trump voluntarily turned over 15 boxes of documents, NARA, called in the FBI and Biden's DOJ turned it into a criminal matter, convened a Grand Jury and issued the subpoena. Unprecedented (please don't debase yourself that it was unprecedented that Presidents (or anyone else) had classified documents)

Your party is going to regret this unprecedented criminalization of a routine administrative process.

You were the one that brought it up

Prove a source that NARA said this. It there job and its the same job they do with every president.

I guess you didn't read my post

He was requested to turn over all records. He turned over a few boxes and said that was all he had

your whole story is based on he turned everything over at once but if he had then why was he raided and more boxes were found.

He lied, tried to keep some of the boxes, and now he will lose this case as he has no defense.

You need better sources or denial is deep with this one.

"NARA unfortunately has become overtly political and declined to provide archival assistance to President Trump’s transition team. Interestingly, in its Press Statement NARA cites every recent President after Jimmy Carter as having received the same assistance with “archival and security standards”. Yet, President Carter, the last President before President Trump to not receive archival assistance found documents with classification markings in his home, which he returned to NARA (though apparently without an accompanying DOJ criminal probe)."

ANd NARA's General Counsel confirmed this in his testimony to House Permanent Selection Committee on Intelligence (which he later recanted a few weeks later)

I've provided all my sources. You're spewing the bullshit talking points fed to you by the stooges in the Biden administration. Do some research on our own.

Your blaming NARA for this but it clear that Trump wanted to keep some of the records. He turned over some records. In 2021 they sent letters to Trump that some records were missing.

NARA asks for the records and collects them for the presidential library.. They do not work in the office of the President and know where everything is at. All Trump needs to do is have his staff collect it all and have it ready for NARA. Any President that is leaving office is contacted.

Your just trying to shift blame to NARA. Clearly Trump wanted to keep records. That is the only reason they would be in his home.

explain why he didn't just leave it in the white house and tell them to pick them up? Instead he takes them to Florida.

This is all about Trump hiding it as he wanted to take it home and he did. Even you know he did.

NARA is not political. They have one job and that to preserve presidential records. The president has to cooperate.

He sends them a few boxes but they determine that some are missing.

They know all that. They don't care. They want Trump to be above the law.

And I repeat, when Trump was still in Office and packing up the White House, NARA told him to go fuck himself, he was on his own. I gave you the source. The General Counsel at NARA confirmed this was true (until he recanted weeks later).

Which happens in in every Presidential transition. The difference here being that the Biden administration criminalized the process.

What are the results of the infrastructure bill after the cronies get paid? Green Energy is no where near the level of oil to sustain the economy. Student loan forgiveness rewards the elite and the elite wannabe that abused the student loan system to major in something where they cannot pay back the loan - fucking the working man in the process. Ukraine has been very good to the Bidens.

Infrastructure is being built around the country. Republicans who voted against it are taking credit for projects in their districts.
Green Energy is the future. Right now, it doesn’t have to bear the whole burden, just reduce the reliance on fossil fuels.

Our President has done more over the last two and half years to put us on a path to Green Energy than all the Presidents before him

Green Energy has been the future since Carter. When is it going to arrive? If air, water, sun, and plants can do the same if not better than oil, bring it in. We’ve been hearing about it for years. Until then, stop punishing Americans by making it more expensive to purchase gas and oil.

You haven’t noticed an emergence of Green Energy since Carter?
I have seen massive investments in the last ten years in EV infrastructure, wind and solar power
