I read about the whole pipeline freezing thing a while back on another forum (where there are real experts in the oil/NG field) and from what I understand the lines are able to be kept from freezing by simply recycling it through the pipelines. It's a lot more complicated but think a big loop within a closed system.

The question seemed to be if the Russians can do it properly.....That remains to be seen.

That and the Chi-Coms are making bank buying it from the Russians shipping/selling it to the EU for 4X their total cost.
