His job was to make a sketchy company look better by being a well dressed son of an American Vice President that knows how to put two words togather and not shitting himself at the board meetings.
He had EVERY skillset for that position and the prospect of his connections in Washington was a cherry on top.
ACTUALLY selling influence is a charge that has to establish not just promises, but actual willingness of Joe Biden to act on it, there is zero evidence of that presented so far.
They wanted Shokin fired and they wanted to investigations stopped. They got what they wanted and Joe was involved. You can spin it all you want, but that is the bottom line. They expected results for the money they were paying Hunter and they got them.
