It’ll be over soon, who do you think won?
Trump won easily. He totally addressed the issues that Americans care about.

No questions he won in 2016.

Honest voters know he lost in 2020.

Perceptive voters think he will lose again.

Harris benefitted from not having to run as a candidate here in 2024. She became the default candidate after the coup that was conducted. In addition, the fact that she is a woman of color, has insulated her from having to deal with other potential contenders flooding in after the coup. No one, such as Gavin Newsom, or Josh Shapiro, wanted to be seen as the ones trying to nudge her out. Because of that, she is getting something she has not earned, and yet she will likely now obtain it. 2028 can't get here fast enough.
The DNC can conduct their business however they want. In the end the election is decided by the voters. Right now the Dems have much more support from the people with Kamala than they ever did with Biden

“Let’s make no mistake. Trump had a bad night,” Fox News host Brit Hume said. “We just heard so many of the old grievances that we all know aren’t winners politically.”

One Fox News woman said she thought Trump won the very beginning of the debate and the very end. Not EVERYTHING in between. WOW.

But the most bizarre moment of the night may have been Trump bringing up false reports of migrants eating people’s pets in Springfield, Ohio

“Trump lost the debate, and whining about the moderators doesn’t change it,” conservative radio host Erick Erickson wrote on X, formerly Twitter, referring to the Trump team’s complaints about the ABC moderators. “He didn’t lose because of their behavior. He lost because of his own performance while his lips were moving, not theirs.”

“Whoever prepared Donald Trump should be fired. He was not good tonight at all,” Christie said.

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) was similarly critical of Trump’s performance. He said afterward that the former president’s debate team should be fired and that Trump was unprepared, calling the debate a “disaster,” according to The Bulwark’s Tim Miller.

Now, who voted Trump won the debate? 1/4 of Trump supporters say they are reconsidering after this debate.

And don't forget Taylor Swift. She has a lot more followers than RFK Jr.

And don't forget this survey 9 months ago.

Almost a quarter of Trump supporters oppose having him on ticket if convicted: Survey

That’s not a high bar…While I would have liked Trump to do better than he did in the debate, Kamala answered no questions, dodged opportunities to explain who she is, and what she’d do in policy as POTUS…She was given softballs, and never followed up on, while Trump was basically attacked for 101 minutes with DNC lies about him.

Meanwhile, the core issues that are always top issues in a presidential election are still there…Except Trump is the only one speaking to them. I would say, regardless of who the DNC media is saying won, look who’s begging for another debate…Her team knows she lost, that’s why they want a do over…
