Who is responsible for our, still at this point, feckless impotent response and persistent "inability" to ramp up testing so we even know where we're at with this? Well we are going to have to blame someone else aren't we. We're americans, it's what we do.

The padded figures,,,,Now every death that cannot be explained is listed as Covid19 Strange as it sound s apparently no one is dying of heart failures or cancers as much anymore there has been a precipitous drop in death tolls for those.
