It's a state election. Which means it's mostly state issues that bring most voters out for a governors election.

People have been switching sides since politics began. And with only two viable parties, everything is a reflection of last election or the one before that.
And will always be, since the R &D's have the elections sewn up in their favor.

Even notice how when a 3rd party starts gaining traction, BOTH R & D's come together and bash the 3rd party? Instead of at least one siding with the 3rd party because their supposed enemy is so bad? Seems like the "other" party is only real bad, when there's only two in the race.

Are you now admitting that Democrats are in extremely seriously trouble in the midterms, because the minority party historically cleans up in the midterms? Now I'm really confused. Virginia just had tons of people who voted blue in 2020 vote red in 2021 and you now seem to admit that the same thing will happen in 2022 nationwide. Are you calling those blue people who change their vote to red, right wingers?
