As I was watching Obama give a speech about the terrorist attacks he did his normal fake enthusiasm but the moment he turned the speech to environmentalism he got excited. You could hear it in his voice.
I also figured out why he pauses between words. He is trying to use his brain power to conjure some up. He could only access a few words at a time before the white house staff have to read to him a dictionary to remind him what certain words mean. That is going to be his next excuse which his that he forgets what certain words mean which is why he sounds so inconsistent sometimes. CNN will the parrot that to their audiences and everyone will finally believe what a lot of people in this country already thinks which is this man is stupid.
