Prostitution has been around FOREVER. Keeping it in the dark is not helping anyone. Ignoring it does absolutely NOTHING to help anyone. Better to legalize it and regulate it, getting paperwork to prove that prostitutes are of age. As it is now, there is NOTHING to stop pimps from beating, raping and even killing prostitutes and with special emphasis on minors and children. These young girls are afraid to go to the police for help because of the fact that what they are doing is illegal, and the pimps use that against them. Same with women who are brought here against their will from other countries.
