Russia is often portrayed as the invincible military power. And yet, this reputation is based on two wars - Napoleonic and WWII. In both cases Russia won only thanks to the alliance allied with *the* leading economic powerhouse of that era​

Napoleonic Wars were won only because of the Russian alliance with the UK. WWII - only because of the alliance with the US. In both cases the leading economic, industrial and technological power of the age supported Russia, giving it almost unlimited credit and supply line​

More men and more guns = Victory

They never understood the economics of warfare and basics of logistics and maintenance.
After the initial surge of war you have to rely on your ability to support your troops and equipment
They also fail on the basics of Command and Control and maintaining the morale of your troops beyond ….Do what we say or we will kill you

Russia would not have started the provoked SMO and missiles would not be flying over Ukraine today if Ukraine had adhered to the Minsk agreement, which would not have been necessary if the US had not illegally overthrown the Ukrainian govt in 2014.
Talking about Russia's invasion of Ukraine without also talking about the ways the US empire provoked and benefits from this war is the same as lying.

Agree 100%, but if nuclear deterrence prevents a decisive victory over Russia and western military aid prevents a complete victory over Ukraine, in other words, if Toro and José are both right, the most likely result of the war will be each side getting part of what they want.

And justice will be well served if each side gets part of what they want.

The pro Russsia eastern oblasts won't be under the ukrainian boot anymore, the absurd, gratuitous military encirclement of european Russia will be at least partially neutralized and western Ukraine will be able to preserve its independence without any pro Russia puppet government.
