Unfortunately stupidity, carelessness and incompetence aren't arrestable offenses.

If he pardons her, she is admitting guilt for a crime.

Obama should NOT pardon her. Trump should allow all investigations into Hillary's e-mails and THE CLINTON FOUNDATION to continue unfettered.
