There have been two crashes in recent months and nearly the entire world has grounded these plane but we have not.

Apparently the planes have a software glitch that tries to drive the plane into the ground and there have been numerous events in the US that thankfully didn't result in crashes. Boeing is saying that a software fix was delayed by the government shutdown. Wonderful.

The Boeing CEO "spoke with Trump" and told him the planes were safe. Trump so far has done nothing. Do you feel safer?

Everything is Trumps fault, but I notice you say say how or why Boeing needs the government to fix a fatal flaw in its planes. Has the gov learned to code or something? lol

Boeing is working on a software fix that uses more data inputs to confirm the stall, and doesn't do the extreme dive correction. That fix had better be done and implemented before the end of March, not as proposed at the end of April.

There were tons of problems in the old foreign made "Air Bus" planes but it never made it to the political forum. I wonder if the angry anti-American left is desperate to bring down a giant U.S. industry because they hate Trump? Why is this in the political forum? Anybody watch the (history or Smithonian cable I think)series "air disasters"? Crashes usually result from a series of mistakes as a result of poor training and lax maintenance and very seldom from a design flaw in the plane. Americans are the best trained pilots in the world and the planes are serviced by the best technicians in the world so I wouldn't hesitate to fly on one of the planes as long as it was a domestic flight.

A pilot with 35 years experience didn't attend the briefing so he didn't know the terrain and he was busy telling an unauthorized person in the cockpit how great the plane was while the air traffic controller was busy. He turned off the warning signal and crashed into a mountain obscured by fog at 250 mph. About 50 bodies had to be identified by DNA. Anybody think the Ethiopian air traffic controllers are any better?
