The wall is a last resort, and we reached that point before Trump even took office.

You see.....when politicians cannot be trusted to follow the law a wall becomes necessary. That way you prevent them from canceling any funding they agree to just to get elected. Once the wall is in place they'll have to tear it down, and by doing so expose themselves as the anti-Americans they are.
