The Country was the number one consumer nation and the number one manufacturer of quality goods and the number one super power....jeese! what did we do wrong!!??

There is no doubt we are still the number one nation when it comes to consumption.

And we are right up there when it comes to manufacturing "quality" products; I'm not talking about the mass produced junk that China makes and slaps herr drumph and ivanka's names on for export to the US.

And we are without a doubt the #1 super power in the world with the ungodly amount of money we spend on defense; probably more than every other country on Earth combined.
