Was this a violation of the law? If not then you have nothing. Donald Trump has probably half a dozen such violations of the law and has done real damage to thousands of peoples lives.

It is hard to tell if it is a violation of the law when clinton has destroyed electronic devices and emails that were under subpoena.....13 black berries destoryed with hammers or simply not turned over to the FBI, one State Department laptop they refuse to turn over, several secret....illegal servers and 30,000 emails deleted with a high tech email scrubber.......
