Of course it is. No vaccine is 100% perfect. There are non-responders to every vaccine. We’ve known since the beginning that the COVID vaccine wouldn’t prevent every infection, that’s why the studies quote efficacy rates.

I agree but if you don't choose to get vaccinated, don't expect to be invited into my home. Or any restaurant I'd frequent. Or, possibly, any school my kids might attend.
