The polio vaccine was years in development and long-term testing was done before mass inoculations. The polio vaccine was not experimental when it was being given to the general public.
Even with the polio vaccine there were big problems when they tried to rush it.

You do not rush something you are going to shoot into your arm. What about that do libs not understand? Once it's in, you can't take it out. Duh. A vaccine takes 10 years to develop. With a 99.8% recovery rate there was no need for a covid vaccine.
