Reversed, hardly the law is based on 35 year old stats. and the points Mr. Roberts made reflected that the circumstances that existed then don't exist now. Eliminating section 5 will not reverse anything that currently exist and if some area should try to revert to their old ways there are remedies available under other law. The article showed where the court basically put congress on notice in 2009 that some changes needed to be made to the law and they didn't do it, so if it's struck down you only have congress to blame.
