4 Supreme Court Justices to fight democrat's voter fraud

Something tells me that word is out... there's too much fishy shit going down and it's got to be reigned in. The phony is being called to the carpet on many fronts at once. It's gonna collapse, folks. What's worse, Biden will be in the driver's seat. Unless they're both driven out of town (as should be). Ahh it would fall to Boehner. Not perfect, but not bad.

I think we'll get it right in 2020. We will have seen extreme right and extreme left... so "rational" will be the way to vote.

Plus, it will be the year 2020. 20/20 vision anyone?

Just curious,how old are you?
Because the same shit has been going on forever. Nothing ever changes and 2020 will be no different.
Until the American people stand up and say enough is enough we can look forward to more bullshit.

4 Supreme Court justices are going to fight Section 5 of the Voting rights act. Antonin Scalia is leading the group of justices to stop this racial entitlement that lets democrats use the votes of the welfare leeches to win elections and keep the welfare rolls growing.
Yeah.....Good Luck with that.....

Changing Of The Guard

"For a quarter-century, Antonin Scalia has been the reigning bully of the Supreme Court, but finally a couple of justices are willing to face him down.

As it happens, the two manning up to take on Nino the Terrible are women: the court’s newest members, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan.

The acerbic Scalia, the court’s longest-serving justice, got his latest comeuppance Wednesday morning, as he tried to make the absurd argument that Congress’s renewal of the Voting Rights Act in 2006 by votes of 98 to 0 in the Senate and 390 to 33 in the House did not mean that Congress actually supported the act. Scalia, assuming powers of clairvoyance, argued that the lawmakers were secretly afraid to vote against this “perpetuation of racial entitlement.”

Kagan wasn’t about to let him get away with that."

Considering some of the comments from people working in the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ, it is time for these laws to end.

Remember this?

Since the voting rights act was enacted in 1965, only a handful of cases under the act have been pursued by the Justice Department. According to AAG Perez, the Department has records of only three prior cases.[10] One case that the department filed during the Bush administration, United States v. Brown, was one of the first voting rights cases which involved a white plaintiff and a black defendant. The case precipitated deep divisions within the Justice Department. Some employees felt that the voting rights act was passed because historically, it was minorities who had been disenfranchised and that the department should therefore focus on cases filed by minorities, while others felt that it was intended to protect all voters in a race-neutral manner. Employees who worked the Brown case have described being harassed by colleagues due to the widespread belief that civil rights laws should not be used to protect white voters. One Justice Department official stated that "The Voting Rights Act was passed because people like Bull Connor were hitting people like John Lewis, not the other way around."

Then there was this little jewel..

In testimony before the Civil Rights commission, Adams stated "I was told by voting section management that cases are not going to be brought against black defendants on [behalf] of white victims."

when 4-6 hour waiting lines show up in GOP districts for a tight campaign, then we will hear a different tune. The GOP is so desperate at the moment they are not even considering the consequences to these actions.

If anything, put these voting rights into law, keep them there, then stream line the entire process. Be progressive for crying out loud. Why go backwards? why is the right so dang concerned with going back in time?

New doesnt always mean better.

we can't keep paying the lazy welfare leeches to sit at home. All of the liberal entitlement programs must be eliminated to.

What about the trillions of dollars given to bail out the bankers and insurance companies.? Corporate welfare must end also.

New doesnt always mean better.

and turning the clock back to 1959 is better? I mean you cant be serious. But you probably are.

Fact is, if the voting rights are scaled back its not the end of the world, fact is the the GOP can do all sorts of BS but the demographics are changing. This is factual home slice.

Wow - a lot of wild speculation about what this act actually does.

What it does is require some states in the deep south to clear any proposed changes to their voting laws with the federal government.

Even without this layer of protection, the right of every American to vote is firmly entrenched and Federal courts will still take a dim view of any efforts to infringe upon that. The only difference is that a plaintiff would need to prove they were discriminated against after the fact.

Until the American people realize that conservatism is the only positive route open to this country we will continue to elect socialists like Obama. We must let businesses operate without the regulations forced on them by the liberals and we can't keep paying the lazy welfare leeches to sit at home. All of the liberal entitlement programs must be eliminated to.
If Republicans keep attempting to screw over minorities, the Voting Rights Act needs to stay right where it is.

Scalia can go screw himself instead.

You liberals like things the way they are so your democrats and Obama can keep screwing businesses and hard working conservatives. But if Scalia gets this law overturned the democrats won't stay in power and you liberal welfare leeches will be forced to find jobs.

WOW !! I think I just felt that Chris Matthews "Thrill up my leg" !!!

Voting is a right.

And the Voting Rights Act should be codified in the Constitution.

This is nonsense.

The VRA gives DOJ unfettered power to preempt changes a state may want to make and force to state to sue the government, even to enact laws that were previously upheld by SCOTUS as constitutional. It's the old guilty until proven innocent standard, the libs seem to love.

Actually the right to vote is codified int the constitution, take a peek at Article 1, Section 2, Clause 1, also see Amendments 19 and 26. Any questions?

Fuck the poor! They're all lazy entitled bastards who will buuuuuuuuuurn for their sloth!!! Right CaGo??? Jesus will SMITE those whom you have deemed unworthy!!! That's how it works right???

how does this fuck the poor?

The Supreme Court is going to get rid of Section 5 of the voting rights act. This will end decades of democrat voter fraud and help put honest conservatives in office instead of the corrupt democrats in control now. This will get our country back on its feet and kick the traiteros socialists out for good.

When John Roberts talks, Congress should listen - The Week

Typical, you accuse others of fraud to deflect attention from the fraud you support!

You are saying whites are the conservatives, and blacks are the corrupt democrats.

The law is about race. Funny how you see racial equality as a political battle between white conservatives and black democrats

Republicans don't use voter fraud. Promising them more welfare gets the welfare leeches and illegal immigrants registered and to the polls to vote for the democrats as many times as possible is the fraud that democrats want to protect with section 5.
