We will soon know.. It appears these machines have internal anti-tamper devices which records date and time of opening among other variables and is battery operated (hard mounted to mother board). Testing the machine will tell us the rest...The ReTrumplicans are so afraid that there will be proof of vote tampering they will do anything to stop the vote recount. Why?
