58 straight months of jobs growth, ACA working great where allowed to, where is this bad economy?

Idiots that voted for the above STUPID ass statements are like those so totally simple arithmetic ignorant to think that
180% is the SAME as triple or 3 times!
GEEZ where did these idiots go to school????
FACTS are so simple to get now with the Internet I am truly embarrassed for being on this forum with such ignorant people that think
180% is the same as 3 times!!!

^^
Straight up retarded.

If I have $100 and add 182% to that, I now have $282. I have nearly tripled my money.
100% is double
200% is triple

You really should think before you post.

U.S. economy is working better than any other country’s
Seven years after the credit bubble burst, just two of the 12 countries that went through systemic financial meltdowns in 2007 and 2008 have reclaimed enough ground to reach their previous peaks in per-capita GDP: the United States and Germany. And Germany isn’t looking so hot these days, given that it’s teetering on the edge of deflation.

Many of the other countries that also went through “systemic crises” – as categorized by the work of Harvard economists Carmen Reinhart and Kenneth Rogoff – still have years to go before fully recovering. The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Ukraine will likely wait until 2018 before reaching their pre-crisis peaks in per capita GDP, according to the International Monetary Fund. Even countries that didn’t technically experience a systemic crisis when we did (such as China and Japan) appear to be in serious trouble. As The Economist recently put it, the United States is looking increasingly like a “lonely locomotive.”
U.S. economy is working better than any other country s

Reality is great, Foxbots etc etc. Try it sometime...and could be lots better. WE are the country who can bring back the world economy and give Mideast young men a chance for jobs beside jihad...get out of the WAYYYYYYYYYYYY!

its true; the Left is cheering the record profits of Wall Street DOW corporations they vowed to SHUT DOWN AND "OCCUPY" not that long ago, hollering "MAKE THEM PAY!!"
Look everyone ... ^^^ above ^^^ is what an idiot looks like when he tries to lump everyone on the left into a single group.

Pretty amusing, huh?

Yes, the wealthy of the world wield immense power over government not only here but EVERYWHERE! Even in communist countries there was always an "elite" class of people who lived totally different from the masses. It was that way in Cuba...it was that way in the Soviet Union and China. So kindly explain how progressive policies address that? They pay it lip service, Sealy but when Barack Obama is hanging out with the people he's hanging out with this week in Martha's Vineyard do you NOT think that those people in large part "control" our government? I've got news for you...if you're palling around with the POTUS then you've got some huge clout!
But only the GOP here fights for secret campaign funding and no limits on lobbying campaign financing duh. People paying for getting destructive, greedy stuff, like screwing the workers, customers and the environment duh.

What the GOP "fought for" was the right for Americans to contribute to political causes they support without having to fear repercussions from employers or the government in power. You know like some zealot in the IRS deciding that because you're a conservative that they should leak your confidential taxpayer information to your political enemies? Sound familiar?
Nixon? That's why they changed the rules so presidents have little power over the IRS. Sorry, duped AGAIN, hater dupe.

They "changed the rules" Franco because Nixon tried to use the IRS against his political enemies UNSUCCESSFULLY! Barack Obama and the Progressives on the other hand were successful in doing what Nixon attempted. They used the power of the IRS against their political opponents. One of the main reasons Nixon was going to be impeached was what he attempted to do with the IRS. So what punishment has been meted out to Obama or anyone else involved in the IRS scandal?
Nixon actually did it, chump. There is no IRS scandal, just an underfunded IRS dealing with a huge number of bs Tea Party orgs. There is no evidence it caused them any harm, and none were turned down. Total bs, Foxbot or whatever.

Nixon did not "do it", Franco! He attempted to get the IRS to cooperate but the head of the IRS...who happened to be a Republican by the way...refused to go along with what Nixon wanted him to.

Former IRS chief recalls defying Nixon

Now compare THAT to what the Obama White House managed to get the IRS to "do" for them!

Nixon is a bogyman in the church of liberalism for ATTEMPTING to do what Barack Obama and his crew actually MANAGED to do!

Think long and hard about that, Kiddies!

The second and third years were bad. The 1st and 4th wasn't so bad. So again, wtf are you talking about?

Dear right wingers,

If you want to join the new economy, you need an education. You have to get away from this notion that education is bad and will turn you into a liberal. If you keep on this path, your only option is to continue to fight illegal aliens for minimum wage jobs with no benefits. You may think that's the best you can do, but I bet, if you really tried, you could do better.

Sincerely,
Rdean
Nice solid straw man. Education is not bad. Being taught what to think, instead of how to think is...which produces straw man arguments like the one you just posted. If you were taught how to think, you would realize the ridiculousness of claiming and generalizing that an entire group of people hate education. In order to debate you have to have the ability to fully understand what the opposition is saying and be able to think hypothetically. Hypothetical thinking is what gives us humans the ability to invent and advance, e.g. If I were to put this sharp rock on a long stick, I could reach much farther than I could with just my hands. This is not happening when you make straw man arguments, and spend your time deflecting. Not only that, you sell yourself short of growing intellectually, but if you are more comfortable doing that because change is hard, and you pour your identity into politics, then by all means go for it.
You said: Education is not bad. Being taught what to think, instead of how to think is

If you think higher education in this country, that so many from other countries come here to learn, is being taught "what to think", clearly, you have never been.

You said: If I were to put this sharp rock on a long stick, I could reach much farther than I could with just my hands.

That's how the GOP sees engineering. That is why they will only get minimum wage jobs with no benefits------------if they are lucky.

None of those hurricanes occurred in FY 2003 or 2006 -- which you called the "worst hurricane seasons."

And all of those combined pale in comparison to Hurricane Bush, which cost us something like $30 trillion and 12 million jobs.

SEASONS PLURAL no other president has ever had such devastating hurricanes HURRICANES... in their 8 years ...
PLUS you had the recession that STARTED UNDER CLINTON... the Dot.com bust that cost $5 trillion in market value meaning
TAX REVENUE DECLINES.... But of course you people don't remember that do you!!
According to the Los Angeles Times, when the dot-com bubble burst, it wiped out $5 trillion dollars in market value for tech companies. More than half of the Internet companies created since 1995 were gone by 2004 - and hundreds of thousands of skilled technology workers were out of jobs.

Do you even know what you post or are you too brain damaged to comprehend what you write.

You broke down growth by year and next to the years, 2003, 2004, 2005, & 2006, you wrote, "worst hurricane seasons."

That's bullshit.

The hurricane center declares "HURRICANE SEASON"... for each year dumb f...K!
The Atlantic hurricane season is the period in a year when hurricanes usually form in the Atlantic Ocean.
So 2003 had a hurricane SEASON!!!

That doesn't help your bullshit. Even breaking it down by hurricane season within a fiscal year, you still come up short (in more ways than one)...

The second and third years were bad. The 1st and 4th wasn't so bad. So again, wtf are you talking about?

None of those hurricanes occurred in FY 2003 or 2006 -- which you called the "worst hurricane seasons."

And all of those combined pale in comparison to Hurricane Bush, which cost us something like $30 trillion and 12 million jobs.

YOU are one of the most ignorant DUMMYs I've ever met!
I SAID "$1 trillion in losses due to the WORST Hurricane SEASONS in history."
I didn't single out single seasons... I said during Bush's administration.....2001 to 2008!
PLUS you idiot there was hurricanes in 2003 and 2006...
