The hurricane center declares "HURRICANE SEASON"... for each year dumb f...K!
The Atlantic hurricane season is the period in a year when hurricanes usually form in the Atlantic Ocean.
So 2003 had a hurricane SEASON!!!
2004 had a hurricane SEASON!
