A Democrat President Is About To Meet Putin...

12. Biden administration to waive sanctions for head of Nord Stream 2 pipeline

An ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin leads the company that is building the gas pipeline.

Now we know the reason for this:

"Hunter Biden received $3.5M wire transfer from Russian billionaire: Senate report

Hunter Biden received a $3.5 million wire transfer from Elena Baturina, the richest woman in Russia and the widow of Yury Luzhkov, the former mayor of Moscow, Senate Republicans revealed in their report on the younger Biden’s work in Ukraine.

Baturina is referenced in the 87-page report, which was released Wednesday, addressing her payment to Biden’s investment firm in early 2014.

“Baturina became Russia’s only female billionaire when her plastics company, Inteko, received a series of Moscow municipal contracts while her husband was mayor,” it said in providing background on the businesswoman."

Selling-out America has become the cottage industry for Democrats.

RT.com which is Russia's propaganda mouthpiece has been consistently pushing the message that Russia hates Biden and much prefers Trump. You can't ignore the real world even if you don't like Putin.

You put up some good posts though.

It's just that the facts on Russia's/Putin's preference took them all down.

Too bad you don't live in a free country, huh?

I do, I live in the US. Not sure where you're posting from...except that it has a reinforced floor and a crane standing by to extract you if you want to go for a waddle.

Just don't plan on moving South.

And after the pilgrimage Xiden will return in glory waving a piece of paper exactly as did another failed politician those many years ago.....

There's really nothing Biden can do anymore. Russia suffers all the meaningful sanctions that the US can invent. And everybody understands why the US can't turn to military action directly against Russia.

America has already lost a good deal of its power to place sanctions on Russia and especially China.

Look for peaceful policy coming out of the Biden visit with Putin.

But don't look for it in US news outlets. The facade of being tough with Putin is essential.

Well.....it's a sad day when you can trust the Kremlin more than the FBI.....but um.....that's pretty much what we got.
The FBI has been whored out and politicized beyond all plausible functionality to the point where yes...they could easily be considered to be the enemy of the people.

JO
Only an idiot thinks like you.
an idiot, or a Russian troll.

Posts 7 & 8 sure made you look like an idiot, huh?

.....it'd be best if his watchers reminded him of how a Republican President did it.

"SO ON WHOM or what do we bestow the title of the "evil empire's" killer? Was it Mikhail Gorbachev himself who pulled down what Lenin and Stalin had built up? It is tempting to finger Gorbachev, but this would ascribe too much wisdom and foresight to a man who wanted merely to reform, but not to relinquish, the empire. At no point, however, did Gorbachev want to yield Moscow's pride of place as the number two superpower. And he was blissfully confident that the risks were tolerable: "There is no reason to fear the collapse or the end of socialism", Gorbachev assured Romanian leader Nicolae Ceausescu three weeks after the Berlin Wall had been breached and three weeks before the Romanian dictator was executed by his own people.

Reagan was made from far sterner stuff than was his Soviet counterpart. His genial grin and wise-cracking demeanor concealed a spine of steel when push came to shove. Yet at their next meeting in Reykjavik in 1986, where Gorbachev would not budge on the "Star Wars" question, Reagan was decisive and unforgiving. He recalls in An American Life how he stood up from the table to proclaim that the meeting was over. Then he turned to his Secretary of State: "Let's go, George. We're leaving." Like any good diplomat, Shultz was crushed by so much roughness, but Reagan was completely unfazed. Later on, he explained: "I went to Reykjavik determined that everything was negotiable except two things, our freedom and our future."

Ronald Reagan, though dismissed by Europeans as a second-rate actor and fondler of cue cards, possessed that magic faculty that separates run-of-the mill politicos from history-molding leaders. "I didn't understand", recalls Time's Joe Klein, "how truly monumental, and morally important, Reagan's anti-communism was until I visited the Soviet Union in 1987." He continues with a seemingly trivial vignette. Attending the Bolshoi Ballet, he was nudged by his minder: "'Ronald Reagan. Evil empire', he whispered with dramatic intensity and shot a glance toward his lap where he had hidden two enthusiastic thumbs up. 'Yes!'"

When an American president manages to pluck the soul strings of those who have been raised to fear and despise what he represents, he surely deserves the honorific 'great.'

Now......who did you vote for?
That's a one-question IQ test.

When Gorbachev took office his assignment was to fix communism or end it.. No point in romaticizing Reagan.
Instead what he did was pass the legacy of The Soviet Union off to the DemNazi Party so they could establish a New Soviet Union of The United States.

3. Peter Strzok lied.

4. Justice Department lawyer Kevin Clinesmith got away with altering documents to lie about Carter Page not being an asset of the United States, working with the CIA, but the very opposite. The altered document allowed the Deep State to surveil Trump and associates.

5. They altered a document on General Flynn.

Russia is a dictatorship.
Nothing emanates from Moscow without Putin's imprimatur....
The 'information' in the infamous 'dossier' came from Russia.

Now.....if Putin wanted Trump to win.......would there have ever.......ever.....been a dossier?????

QED......the candidate of Vladimir Putin was Hillary Clinton and the Democrats.

NEXT!!

Oh....and Trump didn't have intel agencies.....they work for the Democrats.

The rest of us learned that......didn't you?

This is the level of "justice" the Democrat Deep State has permitted in America......

How a republican did it? By fawning all over the Russian President and throwing his own intelligence agencies under the bus? This from a fellow Republican:

“The damage inflicted by President Trump’s naiveté, egotism, false equivalence, and sympathy for autocrats is difficult to calculate. But it is clear that the summit in Helsinki was a tragic mistake,” McCain said in a statement. “President Trump proved not only unable, but unwilling to stand up to Putin. He and Putin seemed to be speaking from the same script as the president made a conscious choice to defend a tyrant against the fair questions of a free press, and to grant Putin an uncontested platform to spew propaganda and lies to the world.”

John McCain

"Head down, ass up" is the current Republican methodology of dealing with Putin.

So throwing our OWN intelligence services under the bus and obsequiously fawning over Putin and embarassing the US internationally is how a 'republican does it'?

It wasn't always. Reagan would be disgusted by the GOP 'head down, ass up' diplomacy with Russia. Just as John McCain was:

“The damage inflicted by President Trump’s naiveté, egotism, false equivalence, and sympathy for autocrats is difficult to calculate. But it is clear that the summit in Helsinki was a tragic mistake,” McCain said in a statement. “President Trump proved not only unable, but unwilling to stand up to Putin. He and Putin seemed to be speaking from the same script as the president made a conscious choice to defend a tyrant against the fair questions of a free press, and to grant Putin an uncontested platform to spew propaganda and lies to the world.”

I can commend you for doing as good a job as anybody on this board for the Trump side. I can't think of anybody doing any better.

But the trouble is, you lack the backing or reality and so it's always pretty easy to take you down within the first 5 minutes or so.

I'll leave you to see if you can scratch your way back now.

How about the idea that I don't live in a free country?

Did Kerry throwing our own intelligence services under the bus in favor of whatever Putin told him to think?

Again, Reagan would be absolutlely disgusted by the modern GOP's approach to Putin and Russia. The fawning, the submissiveness, the willingness to beleve whatever Putin tells them to think like some naive child.

John McCain rightly called out the absurdity and incompetence of the modern GOP approach:

“The damage inflicted by President Trump’s naiveté, egotism, false equivalence, and sympathy for autocrats is difficult to calculate. But it is clear that the summit in Helsinki was a tragic mistake,” McCain said in a statement. “President Trump proved not only unable, but unwilling to stand up to Putin. No thank you.

Time and again, the Soviets eat Democrat Presidents alive.

Stalin manipulated Roosevelt to allow Russia complete control of American foreign and war policy.

And JFK was warned not to confront Khrushchev........

Here is the key question that the Democrat stenographers…er, ‘journalists’… never pose, much less answer:
What made Khrushchev decide to take a chance on putting missiles in Cuba?

Let’s answer it:

Before Kennedy agreed to meet with Khrushchev, at the Vienna summit was a summit meeting held on June 4, 1961, his own advisers had warned him not to do so.....they recognized him as a 'lightweight' as far as foreign policy experience.
Can you spell 'Biden'?

"Senior American statesmen like George Kennan advised Kennedy not to rush into a high-level meeting, arguing that Khrushchev had engaged in anti-American propaganda and that the issues at hand could as well be addressed by lower-level diplomats. Kennedy’s own secretary of state, Dean Rusk, had argued much the same in a Foreign Affairs article the previous year..

....Kennedy went ahead, and for two days he was pummeled by the Soviet leader. Despite his eloquence, Kennedy was no match as a sparring partner, and offered only token resistance as Khrushchev lectured him ...

Kennedy’s aides convinced the press at the time that behind closed doors the president was performing well, but American diplomats in attendance, including the ambassador to the Soviet Union, later said they were shocked that Kennedy had taken so much abuse. ... the meeting was “just a disaster.”

Khrushchev’s aide, after the first day, said the American president seemed “very inexperienced, even immature.”Khrushchev agreed, noting that the youthful Kennedy was “too intelligent and too weak.” [Can you say 'Obama'?]

Kennedy’s assessment of his own performance was no less severe. Only a few minutes after parting with Khrushchev, Kennedy, a World War II veteran, told James Reston of The New York Times that the summit meeting had been the “roughest thing in my life.” Kennedy went on:
“He just beat the hell out of me. I’ve got a terrible problem if he thinks I’m inexperienced and have no guts. "Opinion | Kennedy Talked, Khrushchev Triumphed

JFK had to give in on Turkey.
Now you know why Khrushchev decided to put missiles in Cuba.
Kennedy himself was the cause of the Soviet move that almost started WWIII.

And why Chris Matthews was incensed when Larry Elder revealed this about a Democrat idol.

Laughing........Putin didn't even offer Trump a reach around. Trump just submissively believed whatever Putin told him to think. The GOP humiliated the US internationally, embarassed our nation at home, and diminished our influence around the world.

The GOP 'head down, ass up' approach to dealing with Russia is an objective failure. As John McCain noted when he condemned Trump's incompetence, naivete and submissiveness to Putin and Russia.

“The damage inflicted by President Trump’s naiveté, egotism, false equivalence, and sympathy for autocrats is difficult to calculate. We are less because of what Trump squandered. Biden is trying to cobble together the international influence and credibility that Trump wasted.
