Don't you get it, it does not matter. No matter what they may come up with it would either just be totally ignored or the SCOTUS would vote against it 5-4.
Did you miss the last two SCOTUS rulings?
If the Amendment is clear cut and they ignore it, then we will impeach............if the impeachment doesn't stick then the last option is the 2nd Amendment.
All sounds good to me but after the extra-judicial behavior of the SCOTUS in the last few days I am too jaded to believe anything will change.
