And abortion is not needed, if we can give pre-natal care to everyone expecting or have an education program on it,

all the woman needs to do is make certain she has enough folic acid in her diet or through supplements...it prevents birth defects and down S...from what I have read.

I don't know if it's right or wrong aborting all fetuses with Down Syndrome.
