ALL 11 Alternate (Fake) Electors, Including GOP Chair Kelli Ward, Indicted In Arizona!

He should be. But in true Trump fashion, they would have to throw money and resources at then pile of slime to do anything about it.

OR

Get a bunch of people to flip and testify, and go for it... we will see...
The fake electors will flip on Meadows, Guiliani, Ephstyn etc. The ringleaders of this scam. They don't have hundreds of thousands of $$$ for a lawyer. They're toast.

No way that Stupid Fuck Biden got that many votes without harvesting them.

Over half this country think your side are lying fucks
I truly understand and even sympathize with your transparent desperation to divert the thread topic.

Perhaps your emotional state would be better served by simply not participating in this thread at all?

I wish you the best in whatever method you employ to soften the emotional toll of this news.

Good luck!

Get back to us on that after he's sworn in as the next POTUS. Stock up on crying towels Dems, your man Biden is toast.
We'll see if voters in Az will vote or Trump aka Individual 1, an unindicted co conspirator in multiple felonies.

How many does that make now? How's all this "winning" working out?

Nobody cares about your Dem hyperventilating nonsense indictments. :itsok: Now the price of gas, groceries, interest rates, housing, the invasion of illegals those are the issues.

"Fake electors are Republican criminals who sought to steal the 2020 election and disenfranchise the voters of Arizona."

Well, Arizona is only the latest.
And, because someone earlier in the thread mentioned "Lawfare"...I remembered this analysis by the actual "Lawfare" blog.
(which, by the way, I highly recommend to this chatroom for a 'legalistic' perspective on current events. It is written by practicing lawyers.)

Anyway, here is Lawfare's run-down on all of the fraudulent elector issues, by state, as of April 23rd.
(They do have a separate reportage on today's Arizona action, April 24th.)

"With guidance and encouragement from the Trump campaign and other supporters of the president, Republican officials and party members in seven states—Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Nevada, New Mexico, Georgia, and Arizona—prepared certificates declaring themselves to represent or potentially represent the rightful electors in those states, over the official electors certifying the vote for Biden. The idea was to either flip the electoral tally to Trump outright during Congress’s counting of the vote on Jan. 6 or generate enough legal uncertainty to prevent Vice President Mike Pence from certifying Biden’s victory. "

No such thing as a fake elector. That's for Congress to decide which slate to approve.

Why do we have elections if Congress gets to decide which presidential candidate got the most votes in each state. I used to think states counted the votes and certified it and that’s who wins the state and determines who won with the most votes

"Nonsense indictments"? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Let's see see how much nonsense they are when Trump's goon squad such as Meadows go to trial & are convicted of multiple felonies. And when they're outfitted in orange.

What are people thinking as they hear the Senate arguments?

Electoral College electors are scheduled to meet in states across the country on the first Monday after the second Wednesday in December (Dec. 14 this year) to cast their votes.

And if a state has finalized its results six days before then, according to the ECA, then those results qualify for "safe harbor" status — meaning Congress must treat them as the "conclusive" results, even if, for example, a state's legislature sends in a competing set of results.

Every state except Wisconsin appears to have met the deadline, according to The Associated Press. Wisconsin's 10 electoral votes are still expected to be cast for Biden on Monday; he won the state by just over 20,000 votes.

"If a state can conclude its process of appointing electors by that [safe harbor deadline] then Congress is bound by federal law to accept the slate of electors that is arrived upon by that date," said Rebecca Green, the co-director of the Election Law program at William and Mary
