Justice Thomas has committed no high crime or misdemeanor that I know of. Some fairly low value business dealings with a very close long time friend he maybe should have reported but as he was only part owner and considered the properties really his still living mother's, the primary owner, he likely didn't think to do so. Deserving of criticism maybe. A high crime and misdemeanor? Hardly.
