The President -Elect is famously a real estate construction billionaire. Construction people know about property management. Since there is a proposal for a $1.0 tril. infrastructure spending plan, then anyone might wonder if "Mixed Use" property development is what the new brand of Right-Wing Radicals has in mind. Issues of getting it funded have cropped up, if not in loud public praise or outcry.

When Emerging Nations have in mind the concept of a Public Private Partnership--suggested for the Trump plan--then mixed use development has sometimes been proposed. An entire community with self-contained utilities, housing,. roads, transport, commercial enterprise and residential buildings and services has been suggested. In Virginia, urban planning has become "Mixed Use" in concept, in Old South downtown centers. Anyone can think of Flint, MI as a place where self-contained, working utilities, housing, transport, and commercial enterprise could work. A self-contained community had been proposed for somewhere on the road to Taj Majhal, in India. IT development was looking for a place to land. A community like that could have been a response. Canada does Mixed Use.

What are Mixed-Use Projects and Why They Matter

To the extent that the Republicans have discovered an Emerging White Nation in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, (Where an Emerging White National, House Speaker Ryan is from): It is mostly notable that deceased Senator Robert Byrd was easily on board with the concept(?). Famously, however, the new AG-designated is also famous for prosecuting the Klan.

It is not yet clear just how Senator Sessions plans to fit in to An Emerging White Nation under Trump.

For which we have Democrats!

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(White Eyes maybe returning to Mixed Use concept applied on Lands of Many Nations: Rotted Corn and Poison Blankets!)

Sessions is amazing for not only having prosecuted a Klan member but demanding the death penalty and getting it for the scumbucket. And he fried him.

The other most awesomenest thing Sessions is known for is litigating against school districts that did not want to desegregate.

People come to America because of the White people

The emerging white nation you are talking about is something that exists only in the minds of fringe groups on the far, far right and among, apparently mainstream Democrats. After Clinton's substance free campaign of hate and fear, Democrats no longer have anything they support, so they must invent something to oppose, hence their fantasies about emerging white nations.

So the White Nation strategist may not be talking much to the new Attorney General. Even less clear is whether or not the New Economy that could be happening under Trump will have anything to do with just White People. A Mixed Use Project for Flint, MI--could even have more Chinese involved, in a Trump Administration(?). . . .or something

California is convincingly Democrat, by comparison, such that maybe even the State Senate will be in a Super-Majority. There appear to be enough legislators around, at any rate, to actually listen to one another. U. S. Senator Feinstein's spouse was a director at CB Richard Ellis. The Democratic Leadership is not a stranger to the Property Management concept. CB is the world's largest Property Management firm. Even Venice Beach is not that far away from El Segundo, the old HQ:. It is also now home to SnapChat, Google Los Angeles, and to senior and other affordable projects. Venice activists have long-since made the neighborhood agreeable to economic and ethnic diversity. An actual Public Private Partnership could become the Democratic Diversity basis of its concept of Diversity infrastructure creation, under Trump--and at least maybe under Sessions.

Unions we don't much have in Southern California. Alabama probably understands that, too. Environmentalists and restricted growth we do have in abundance in Southern California, which at any rate has earthquakes.

Famously, in India, the Rich People do not go to New York plays to do protests. They take to the streets to get someone to turn the electricity grid back on. Swelter, Swelter, Swelter--but the electric company doesn't have to care. It is privately run as a private utility--not a community resource. The Republicans do understand about that concept all by themselves.

(World Peace based on diversity transactions in abundance--maybe even able to work in Wisconsin, after Speaker Ryan brings the visiting delegations, back from the Safaris, into the Rural Areas! "She, Tarzan(?)!)" even getting a little close to the university towns!)
