I'm not saying that there is any conclusive proof marijuana cures cancer but there is certainly a great deal of evidence that it can be effective. That's not entirely true. Many of these dealers will plea down to a lesser charge of possession which depending on the narcotic, is only a year or so in prison. They are still dealers and likely to start selling once again after they are let out of prison.

I stand corrected. The time in prison is usually determined by the amount of drugs he has in his possession. You don't serve time for having a nickel bag or a few joints.

Love to inform you asshole, but more people are addicted to prescription drugs than all the other"drug cartels combined, if you've ever got a prescription or over the counter drugs you are just as responsibility for funding drug abuse.
