Very few hispanics bother voting. Los Angeles is majority hispanic. The vote is usually 16% of registered voters. In areas like East LA which is all hispanic only 5 to 8% vote. This is pretty much in line with mexico. In the last presidential election less than 20% of voters actually voted.
