The countries you mention have low homicide and gun crime rates. Just because there are a few exceptions does not mean it doesn't make it much harder for criminals to get guns.

Brain.....they walked across the border and bought the guns at a train station........for 5,000 dollars....the guy who was going to shoot up the churches...dittos...had a whole bunch of guns..........
