I no longer have words to express the frustration and anger I feel after Senate Republicans blocked the PACT Act.

It may be difficult for everyone to understand, but the mass killings, the social disorderliness we endure, is related to the (political) frustration and anger that you are describing. The intention of the frustrated and angry mass killers is to shock the surviving society to do something - correctly adjust the social order.

If society was hunky-dory, then we would be inclined to suggest that the government works great.
