Another lie debunked-Trump has broken no laws

Trump has broken a bunch of laws during his presidency. However the Trump supporters who can see violations of law by anyone who oppose Trump when there are none can't seem to see any Trump has broken. So let's look at one.

Hobbs Act (18 U.S.C. § 1951) which prohibits actual or attempted robbery or extortion affecting interstate or foreign commerce. Section 1951 also proscribes conspiracy to commit robbery or extortion without reference to the conspiracy statute at 18 U.S.C. § 371.

Trumps mere attempt to withhold funds to the Ukraine in return for investigating Biden affects foreign commerce.

You're truly dumb as a stump, klan boi.

Are you seriously calling a black man klan boi?

this man from the first day he went into office, he wanted to have an alternative foreign policy where Jared Kushner wanted a special back-channel communication to Russia that no one would know about. Now he’s got Giuliani running a backchannel, improper foreign policy to get dirt on his political officials. You throw in an obstruction of Congress. You throw in obstruction of justice for Mueller. This is just a lawless administration that knows no restraint.

I’ve seen the obstruction. Mick Mulvaney— subpoenas are under power of law — when people refuse to comply with subpoenas and the administration says we’re not going to comply with anything, they are flaunting their noses at the respective article one powers. And to me, that’s clear as the nose on one’s face. And there is no reason to dance around it. This is a lawless administration that doesn’t respect the Constitution

Would you please provide the statute on obstruction of congress.

So not providing something he is legally entitled to withhold is OBSTRUCTION OF CONGRESS? Wow, that was leap I didn't see coming. You or the commies in congress can't invent shit and say it's an impeachable offense. You said he obstructed congress, now it's your job to prove that is a violation of LAW.

my friends, the more that we get the facts in front of the American people, the more it’ll be apparent that Trump betrayed his fellow americans and should be...well...a lot of things

More deflection, is there such a law as obstruction of congress, or not?

.

Again no law need be broken for impeachment. It is a political process not a legal one. What the House charges Trump did wrong are the charges, and the Senate decodes if Trump is guilty of the charges.,

Damn you people are stupid, the founders warned about political impeachment, is that really the standard you want to set? Do you really want to be a banana republic?

.
The founders made the impeachment a political process. But in this case Trump has broken laws. So if we want to become a banana republic, we keep letting Trump do what he's been doing.

Still has not been arrested and more important-HE IS STILL YOUR PRESIDENT!

Amazing how much the Tards are mad that Trump's supporters are, well, STILL SUPPORTING HIM, despite all their wrangling and childish complaints! Every president breaks laws, we have so many laws in this country that no one is free of not breaking something. The matter which they have stated over and over and over again as with Hillary is HAS HE BEEN CONVICTED OF ANY CRIMES? And just like Hillary, the answer is no. And what is good for Hillary is good for Trump.

If you are worried about laws, here is the short list of all the laws we already know Hillary broke:

Hillary did not break those laws.
Hillary broke other laws-worse ones.

Hillary broke no laws.

"A bunch of laws"? People freaking died during the Obama administration. Hussein allegedly ate pizza while Benghazi defenders ran out of ammunition. Obama was guilty of accessory to murder when one of the weapons he authorized to be shipped to Mexican drug cartels was used to murder a Border Patrol Officer. Obama authorized a drone strike on a U.S. citizen who was alleged to have terrorist connections and killed his son and a friend. Hussein dismissed it as "collateral damage". How many laws were broken when Hussein authorized the shipment of billions of dollars in U.S. taxpayer cash to a regime that supports terrorism? How many laws were broken when Hussein used bogus information from a foreign agent to conduct an illegal surveillance on a political enemy? Now the crazy angry political coup left wants to impeach a republican over a freaking phone call? Don't make me laugh.
Bullshit. This impeachment is not about a phone call. And everything you have said about Obama was investigated and found untrue.

True.

And of course, whether Trump broke any laws or not has no bearing on the merits of impeachment.

A president can be removed from office via the impeachment process absent any criminal wrongdoing.

Indeed. However will the Senate allow this Progressive Marxist Socialist/DSA Democrat political atrocity to occur?

The only atrocity will be when the Senate doesn't convict Trump of the things that are about to be revealed to the nation.

Perhaps you can point to the laws he supposedly broke, and not the one in your ridiculous OP, that one is laughable on its face.

.

Lol dipshit. Exactly when has he been charged with that and how in the Hell do you negotiate treaties, or engage in any Foreign Policy without requiring a single thing from anyone?

Biden is the only person who may even come close to being guilty of this.

Even more problematic is the Political Corruption Cooperation Treaty we have with them, and the re-opened Investigation it to Burisma that occurred 6 months prior.

Your COUP is over. Try voting him out of office loser.

Go Back to your handlers and tell them you failed again.

I did not vote for Trump. The DOJ cannot indict a sitting president. Furthermore just because a person has not been arrested doesn't mean they are not guilty. Obstruction of justice is a crime also.

And that video proves nothing. We all know that.

Not arrested specifically means not guilty. You dim bitches, can continue to cry. You want to change the legal process, to suit your needs. It’s gonna sting all the more, once he gets into his second term.
