Antifa Explained: Very Informative Report

2. That's why it is best to set up civil observers before such protests. Or better yet, an agreement in advance with site/campus administration and police on what to expect -- which people have agreed in advance to arrest for civil disobedience and work out all plans up front.
3. If she only abused free speech to make verbal threats, these need to be investigated first and don't warrant physical assault. There is still due process before punishing someone.

Sounds like she or her group may have physically threatened others. If it was only verbal threats that's one thing. But taking physical action means a physical response may result in self defense.
