Building a border wall in no way violates the Constitution. As for the funding, Presidents in the past have always had discretion of how funds are used. Funny how it is never an issue when a Democrat does it.

I have not yet read the opinion, but I am about you

Initial questions:
So, since the county's existence, "military funds" were used to make fortifications and build structures, correct?

And, if such fortifications we're set up to protect the border of our nation from a foreign invasion, when that also made the ends of military objectives?

I'm hoping the court answers these questions in the opinion, but we will find out and report back.
