Not compared to Israel. They get far smaller amounts. Israel has been getting US foreign aid since 1948. Those Arab countries have much larger populations. Egypt gets aid since Carter convinced Israel to leave Sinai. Jordan and Lebanon have taken in thousands of refugees from the West Bank and East Jerusalem. I don't know what happened to the Druse after Israel destroyed 67 of their villages in the Golan Heights.

Aside of Egypt, what MENA country has bigger population than Israel?
