Divers will gush about clear water diving when visibility's a hundred feet or so. Vis here in 120 meters. :) Scrunched up pics don't do it justice. Full-sizes at link

Nice, but a couple of degrees above zero makes for a pretty short dive, but worthwhile nonetheless.
 
Visibility under the Arctic ice cap can range up to 300 meters
 
That's pretty cool. Watch a video of people diving in the Cenotes of Mexico. That's amazing too with great visibility. At least I think it's great visibility; never dived before.
