DEVELOPING: A suspect in the Phoenix-area highway shootings has been caught, Arizona’s governor announced late Friday night.
Gov. Doug Ducey said the suspect was apprehended Friday night and is in the custody of the state’s Department of Public Safety. A man was taken into custody around 7 p.m. at a Wal-Mart in Glendale, a suburb west of Phoenix, a spokesman for the governor said.
