If you are being serious about the engine belt, then it could be the right size.
Engines usually have a tension wheel on there somewhere. If yours does, then it might be bad.
Never put grease on an engine belt. You can use belt spray, which makes it a bit sticky for the wheels to catch onto until the belt gets worn in.
ALWAYS look up the car part you need for your vehicle BEFORE you go to the parts store. This way you KNOW what part you need, in case they can't read or put in the wrong info to look up the part at the store.

Painting the part of a rotor that the brake pad will touch is a stupid and dangerous thing to do. If you want them colored, you have to take them to a metal shop to get anodized that color.
