There is no Justice for Palestinians in Israels Military Court System. It. does not exist. ALL that exists within any proceeding in that unlawful system is a travesty of justice. THE courts gave no legitimacy and their opinions prove absolotely nothing.

legally murder jews. The issue has been settled by the
koranic scholars of al azhar. In the past---an isa respecter who
murdered a jew sometimes had to pay "blood money" amounting
to 1/4 the amount of the value of an isa-respecter-----but that
penalty had been abolished
