This type of senseless violence can't go on, something has to be done, or more probable something will be done. Will it be effective? We won't know but who can look at these types of acts and not see a problem that needs some sort of fix.

By what I read about the shootings, the victims being armed would or might not have made a difference, impossible to know.

What I see is a lot of frustrated people. Frustrated at themselves and life for basically poor decisions they made. Frustrated that there is no way out for them. No jobs that pay enough for people to get ahead, people like this person is reportedly. Now I wish I had a solution to that problem. We could just say suck it up loser, which is what a lot of folks seem to say. Or we could say we will help you by having manufacturing jobs flee the country, by importing severl thousand low educated low trained people and having an open border to be in competition for the jobs you could do.

Really, I don't know where this country is going but the last 24 years seem to be going in one way, down. Is it the prediction made concerning NAFTA coming true? Certainly seems like it is. Maybe if we are patient and wait long enough the countries standard of living will rise in those countries were the jobs for these types of people have fled then Americans can get back to work.
