Atlanta cop arrested on indecency charges in Gwinnett County

An Atlanta police officer already under investigation for drugs and child neglect has been arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a 19-year-old woman outside a Gwinnett County movie theater.

A theater employee told investigators that she was sitting in her car about 9:30 a.m. when a white sport utility vehicle parked next to her, according to a Gwinnett police incident report obtained by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The victim told police that the SUV driver “got her attention” and looked like he was trying to ask her something, so she rolled down her window and looked into the man’s vehicle and asked what he needed. At that moment, the man propositioned the victim and exposed himself ........
Atlanta police began investigating Maddox following a Sept. 4, 2014, child neglect call at the Hollywood Road apartment where he was living with his two children. Maddox’s mother-in-law called police to the apartment, saying she was concerned about her grandchildren, Channel 2 Action News reported.
When police arrived, they found the children, ages 2 and 4, living in deplorable conditions with human waste on the walls, windows and smeared on the carpet, Channel 2 reported.

This is just sad. What happened to this man?
How was this man interacting with the public while in uniform with police powers? What arrests did he make? What police reports did he file? Was he instrumental in putting people in jail/prison?
Inquiring minds want to know.....
